McKinley 'Bug' Williams Of Maze has passed away. He was 65.
Maze's percussionist and vocalist suffered a heart attack whilst the group were on the road for an appearance in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
McKinley provided vocals on all songs..
He was a lifelong friend of Frankie Beverly and was also a co-founder member of the band.
On the Maze website, Frankie Beverly told fans:
'He was a good man and my best friend who stood by me for most of his life and I along with the rest of our Maze family will miss him dearly. May your soul rest in Heavenly peace my friend'.
